National Protective Systems, Inc. (NPSI) was founded in 1994 as Secure Systems, Inc. Since that time, our system, Campus Shield™ has been deployed in dozens healthcare and higher education facilities. Today, we are focused on bringing the most effective and reliable panic button system to the K12 market.
In 2013, our manufacturing operations were moved to their current location in Meriden, New Jersey. Our team’s combined years of service total [NUMBER] which is a testament to the passion each of us brings to making campuses of all kinds safer for those that work, play, and live on them.

Doug oversees the day-to-day operations of the business including finance, HR, and production.
Chief Sales Officer
Caleb is responsible for achieving NPSI’s revenue goals and driving new customer acquisition strategies.
Director of Engineering
Doug is NPSI’s software and radio-frequency subject matter expert. He is responsible for the original Campus Shield™ system design and continues to make sure the system performs at the highest possible level for our customers.
Manager, Field Operations
Fritz is our primary contact for customer and system service issues in the field. He also leads new system installations from layout and design to final tuning and testing. Fritz brings a “customer first” perspective to everything he does often taking calls from customers during weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Debi makes sure that our manufacturing facility in Meriden, NJ is humming. She manages PAL (personal alarm locator) production, repair, and quality control. She is also responsible for shipping, receiving, and inventory.
